Seminar Packages

We would like to present our package for seminars including parking space (as long as available), coffee à discretion in the seminar rooms, as well as WLAN and VAT. We also offer variations or single rooms on request. The lofthotel has more than 19 rooms for seminars that last several days. They can be used individually or multiple times. We offer space for 54 people at full occupancy.

Day Seminars

Minimum of 4 Persons

• Welcome coffee: coffee and croissant
• Seminar room excl. technology, material and catering
• Mineral water in the Seminar room: still and sparkling
• Writing materials: Writing pad and pen
• Technology in the seminar room: 1 beamer, 1 flipchart, 1 pinboard, partially black- and whiteboards
• Morning break: sandwiches/crostinis, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, juice
• Lunch in the sagibeiz: sagiplate or sagilunch for selection with appetizer and mini-dessert 
• Afternoon break: coffee, tea, juice, mineral water, smoothie, sweet biscuits

Seminars with overnight stay

1 day + 1 night
 

• Duration of stay: whole day with dinner and overnight stay

• Dinner at the sagibeiz: chefs 4-course menu
• Overnight stay in the generous loft room: single occupancy incl. breakfast, WLAN
• Free Use of the fitness area
