The Walensee is the resort between Zurich und Chur. Part of the region Walensee includes the villages Walenstadt, Mols, Unterterzen, Murg, Mühlehorn, Weesen, Betlis and Quinten. It only takes you 30 minutes from Chur and 45 minutes from Zurich to get to the old spinning mill in the middle of Murg. Less time for arrival means more time for relaxation. During summer the lake is an absolute wellness oasis with activities at and in the water. During winter the ski region Flumserberg is only a few minutes away.
Arrival by Car
From Zurich you reach the village Murg in Quarten in about 45 minutes (70 km) via the Autobahn A3 towards Chur. Take the exit Murg. The old spinning mill is signposted from the post office (Center of Murg).
From Chur you reach the village Murg in Quarten in about 30 minutes (50 km) via the Autobahn A3 towards Zurich. Take the exit Murg. The old spinning mill is signposted from the post office (Center of Murg).

Arrival by Train
You have the opportunity to arrive comfortably and easily by train. From Zurich it takes only 1 hour by train to Murg with one change in Ziegelbrücke. From Chur it is a 45 minutes ride to Murg by train. From the train station in Murg you can reach the old spinning mill in 2 to 3 minutes on foot. The old spinning mill is marked from the post office on (South of the train station).
